The Pathogen Intelligence Center is a collaboration of health-related partners and resources in the American Southwest and is coordinated by TGen North, a non-profit research institute based in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Through a genomic understanding of emerging and circulating pathogens, the mission of the Pathogen Intelligence Center is to support public health, healthcare, and research partners in the Southwest.
With this genomic intelligence we are developing pathogen surveillance systems, outbreak detection capabilities, and next generation tools and data for scientists, health professionals, policy makers, and the general public.
